The following schedule is effective December1, 2018.
Note: our yoga and qigong "Registration Only." These classes are currently not being offered to guests as drop-ins. If you would like to join the class late, you may do so with approval of the instructor. Please call us to discuss at (314)714-4482.
We do allow drop-ins in our rowing classes. If you have not attended a class before, please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of class to fill out our registration form.
